Paul Metcalf has been keeping bees for over 50 years. For much of that time, he was the Beekeeping Advisor for Norfolk and lecturer on beekeeping at Easton College.

In this DVD, he takes us through the bee-keeping year, from April to the onset of winter. The management of the hive is carefully explained and demonstrated, including swarm and disease control, honey extraction and feeding. The DVD is paced to allow the viewer time to study in detail correct handling procedures at all stages of the hive's summer cycle.
